    • The foundation will be as per the structural drawings. 5’feet deep foundation will be provided. Additional foundation may be required depending on bearing capacity of soil discovered at the time of excavation. Including Mechanical excavation dressing and formation of soil. Chargeable Above 5’feet.
    • PCC bed concrete of minimum 100mm thickness shall be provided at the bottom of footings and sump as per drawing.
    • PCC 100mm thick shall be provided at Ground floor level. Plinth beam height up to 1.5 feet above the existing ground/road level.
    • We shall be provided ATT treatment at the ground level below Floor PCC.
    • If any shortage of soil its chargeable on pro-rata-basis.

  • We shall be provided ATT treatment at the ground level below Floor PCC.
  • If any shortage of soil its chargeable on pro-rata-basis.
